I offer a Free 15 minute consultation call, without any requirement to book a session. You can send me a message via the contact page and I will come back to arrange the call at a time that suits you. The consultation is a brief chat that gives valuable insight into your relationship with your skin and how I can help. I offer treatments at the Chelsea Health Store, but am also available for private hire at your chosen location.

Booking, Payment & Cancellations

Booking can be done by phone, email or via the contact page.

I am available for private hire as well as at my treatment room in Chelsea.

Payment is made by bank transfer in advance of the treatment. Details are provided on the invoice.

Appointments are available Monday - Sunday from 11am -7pm

Cancellation: Once a session is booked, I'm committed to keep your appointment available for you. You may cancel with 48 hours notice for a full refund. Any session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice is payable in full.​

A no show for a treatment is charged at full rate.

If a course of treatments is purchased and any of the treatments within the course have been taken, the cost of the course is non-refundable but any remaining credit may be used against other treatments.

A treatment may be rescheduled by arrangement up to three times. Following this, to reschedule again, a full deposit will be required or the treatment will be cancelled.
